Parent Resources
You are not alone.
If you are struggling with how to handle anxiety about the current pubic health crisis.
Here are some resources to talk with your kids about anxiety.
BibleProject is a nonprofit animation studio that produces short-form, fully animated Bible videos and other Bible resources to make the biblical story accessible to everyone, everywhere.
The Parent Cue App is designed to help every parent do something each week to help move their child toward a deeper faith and a better future.
At Real Life Church in Pullman we have an amazing opportunity to reach college students for Jesus. In fact with nearly 25,000 students attending WSU, we have as many opportunities!
College students will find themselves right at home @ Real Life as we meet on the WSU campus in the Daggy Hall theater.
Real Life Church also works closely with Young Life college ministry and Impact College ministry.
Students connect and grow with us in a variety of ways. Often times students like the idea of being connected in one of our mixed age and gender home groups. Other times they prefer to connect in a small group of similar aged peers.
There are always lots of events, activities, camps, and small group options for students. No matter what your schedule is like, let us help you find your people and purpose while you’re here at WSU

In Lifer Kids we believe our mission is to create biblical disciples through relational environments. We have an amazing team of volunteers working to make this happen on a weekly basis for your kids.
We want them to have all the tools and understanding they need to make the single most important decision of their life: whether or not they will follow Jesus.
Everything else in their life hinges on that one decision. We do this by creating an environment designed to incite wonder, provoke discovery and fuel passion in the heart of every child.
We intentionally and strategically work to build relational environments for our kids to experience the love of Jesus, learn His ways, and build relationships with others.

Lifer Youth is a welcoming and safe place where students can hear, connect with, and tangibly experience God.
We encounter Jesus, wrestle with His Word, fellowship with one another, and have fun in the process.
Each week our students meet in gender and age specific small groups led by our amazing youth leaders.
Our leaders strive to develop relationships with the students and walk through a faith based life with them.
We are diving deep into what friendships are, why they are important, and how we can be better at them.

God created us all to be in relationship with Him and with other people. We believe that home groups are the model for how the church is to function in these relationships with God and each other, Acts 2:42–47 and Hebrews 10:25.
We encourage everyone, Christian or not, to get involved in a Home Group.
Home Groups provide the encouragement, accountability, and support we all need to live our lives well. We need this because we learn and grow in relationship.
Our Home Groups intentionally care for those within the group and always try to reach those who are not yet connected. These groups serve as a vital means for discipleship.

Other Opportunities
As a church we’re always looking for ways to connect people in our community to our God who loves them.
Throughout the year we have many events to help us do just that. For Halloween we have a great Trunk or Treat event at our offices where we connect with hundreds of kids and parents.
At Lentil Festival each year we host multiple booths where we paint faces, make balloon animals and get to interact with kids and parents.
Often times it is these simple interactions that help folks see that we’re the kind of people they might like to get to know and suddenly coming to visit our church and hear about our God doesn’t sound so weird.

Emergency Food Pantry
At any given week there are people within our own church and many in our community who fall on hard times and don’t have the means to provide food for themselves or their kids.
Our emergency food pantry is just that - A way for us as a church to ensure that no one goes without a meal when they desperately need one.
This isn’t designed to be a food bank with set operating hours.
For us it’s a resource to serve people in our church and community that we are connected with and care about.

Ministry Duplex
When children are taken from a home and placed in foster care it starts a process for the biological parent(s) to take the necessary actions to regain custody of their children. Once a parent has progressed to a certain point they are allowed to begin having supervised visits with their kids.
In our community there was a severe lack of meeting space and more often than not these visits, which often last several hours, were taking place in the McDonalds play area. Working with our area case workers, department of family and children’s services we began to discuss how we could come alongside families that are in this process of restoration.
With generous donations from Real Life Church members, we were able to rent and furnish a 3 bedroom duplex. This provides an home environment for these families to engage with their kids and experience just a bit of normal in the midst of very trying times.
The ministry use of the duplex has expanded to provide meeting space for foster family support groups, prayer groups, training and much more.
We see no greater work at hand than being able to partner with God to restore relationships that sin broke.
